Who We Are

Our website

Our website address is: hhpeptidez.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or place an order, how it's used, and what choices you have.

Comments

If our site allows comments (for example, on blog or research articles), we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with the commenter's IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a "hash") may be checked against the Gravatar service to see if you have an account there. If your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible publicly alongside your comment. The Gravatar service's privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy.

Media

If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from any image posted publicly.

Orders & Checkout Data

What we collect at checkout

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and order contents. Payment details (such as card numbers) are processed directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

To finish this section, tell me which payment processor you use (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net) so I can name it specifically — "our payment processor" is a placeholder.

Account information

If you create an account on our site, we store the personal information you provide in your profile. You can view, edit, or delete this information at any time, with the exception of your username.

How long we keep order data

We retain order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Cookies

Cart & checkout cookies

We use cookies to keep track of your cart contents as you browse, and to keep you signed in during checkout. These cookies are necessary for the store to function and do not track you across other websites.

Comment cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience on future comments. These cookies last for one year.

Login cookies

If you log in, we set cookies to save your login information. Login cookies last two days, and screen options cookies last a year. If you select "Remember Me," your login persists for two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos or articles from other sites). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website directly, and that site may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.

Who We Share Your Data With

Service providers

We share the minimum information necessary with trusted third parties who help us operate the store — for example, our payment processor (to charge your order), our shipping carrier (to deliver it), and our email service (to send order updates you've requested).

Add your actual shipping carrier and email/marketing tool names here once confirmed (e.g. "ShipStation," "Klaviyo") so this section reflects your real setup rather than generic placeholders.

Password resets

If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email for security purposes.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, property, or safety of H&H Labs or others.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Access, export & deletion

If you have an account with us, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase personal data we hold about you, except for data we're required to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes (such as completed order records).

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Order and account data is stored with our hosting and e-commerce infrastructure providers, and shared with the service providers listed above solely to fulfill and support your order.

Contact us about your data

To make a request about your personal data, contact us using the information on our Contact page.
