2. Eligibility

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incomplete information.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and dispatched based on the shipping timeline stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

• Tracking information is provided for every order once it ships.
• Products should be stored according to the handling instructions listed on the product page immediately upon receipt.
• H&H Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.

6. Testing & Certificates of Analysis

Each batch we distribute is reviewed by a third-party laboratory prior to release. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each lot and reflects the results of that specific batch at the time of testing.

Certificates are provided for documentation purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&H Labs and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased through this website. Products are sold as-is for research applications, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for their use, storage, and compliance with applicable laws.
